SLOT in Use at Maintal Konfitüren
Maintal Konfitüren is one of the oldest jam manufacturers in Germany. To avoid unnecessary waiting times at the company’s ramps in Haßfurt, they use the cloud-based time slot management system SLOT from Cargoclix. This optimises the daily handling of two trucks in the goods dispatch area. Available time slots can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Spontaneous bookings are possible up to four hours before the desired time slot. The booking costs of 50 cents per reserved slot are covered by the company.
As Bavaria’s oldest jam manufacturer, Maintal has been a specialist in sweet spreads since 1886. Its product range includes all kinds of jams. The fourth-generation family business employs more than 90 people.
