Fora Folienfabrik Opts for SLOT
Fora Folienfabrik, based in Singen, has introduced Cargoclix’s cloud-based time slot management system SLOT. This is intended to support the handling of trucks in goods receipt. A time slot booking costs 50 cents, with the costs borne by the logistics service providers. The booking period for time slots begins 14 days in advance and ends 2 days before the desired date.
Fora supplies retail and wholesale customers as well as the catering industry with household items such as household foil, breakfast bags, bin bags and more. The products are distributed in more than 20 European countries.
