LTG opts for SLOT
LTG – Landauer Transportgesellschaft Doll KG has introduced Cargoclix’s cloud-based time slot management system SLOT at its Hockenheim site. The solution is designed to enable the congestion-free handling of up to 15 trucks per day in goods receipt and goods dispatch. The booking fee for a time slot is 50 cents, with the costs borne by the logistics service providers.
The booking period for time slots begins 14 days in advance and ends four hours before the desired appointment.
LTG is a medium-sized, independent, owner-managed freight forwarding and logistics company with several locations in southern Germany. Its business areas include national land transport and logistics services.
