Grieshaber Logistics Group Works with SLOT
The Grieshaber Logistics Group does not want its truck drivers to wait unnecessarily long at the ramps and has therefore introduced the SLOT time slot management system from Cargoclix. The cloud-based solution supports truck handling in goods receipt and goods dispatch. Time slot booking opens 14 days before the desired delivery date. Spontaneous bookings are possible until 4 p.m. on the day before the desired date. The booking fee of 50 cents per time slot is charged to the logistics service providers.
