Kauartikel.com optimises its ramps with SLOT from Cargoclix
The cloud-based time slot management system SLOT from Cargoclix is now in use at Kauartikel.com’s headquarters in Göhl. Up to ten trucks per day will no longer have to wait at the goods receipt and goods issue areas thanks to the targeted booking of time slots. To support this and encourage logistics service providers to use the system, the company is covering the costs of 50 cents per booking itself.
The booking period for time slots begins 14 days in advance and ends 24 hours before the desired date.
Kauartikel.com was founded in 2007 and is considered an expert in pet chews. The range includes 450 snacks in a total of 2,200 product variants.
