New download function bundles booking attachments
A new function allows all attachments stored for a booking in the SLOT time slot management system to be downloaded collectively as a ZIP file. Instead of opening and saving individual documents separately, all files are available in a single bundle at the click of a button.
This new feature is aimed in particular at users who regularly work with multiple attachments per booking, such as delivery notes, freight and customs documents, or photos. The bulk download saves time, reduces manual steps and noticeably simplifies workflows. The new feature is of particular benefit to staff in operational processing, dispatching and the warehouse, as well as to administrators and users with verification, archiving or forwarding tasks.
The feature is available directly in the booking view. As soon as several attachments have been added to a booking, the ZIP download can be used. No separate activation or configuration is required.
