Quickly and Easily Adjust Booking Information
Cargoclix has introduced a new function called ‘Link to booking with customisable text’ for the quick manual export of specific booking data information. Once the administrator of a Cargo Market has made the appropriate settings, operational staff can now quickly and conveniently transfer the necessary information from the time slot booking using copy and paste.
The new function is displayed in the time slot booking as a link that can be opened in a separate tab and displays the text defined by the administrator. The text can only contain dynamic values from the booking. The new function thus offers the possibility to quickly and specifically transfer certain information from the time slot booking, e.g. to your own customer system (via copy and paste). Each administrator can set this new function individually for each ramp and a specified group of recipients.
The setting can be found on the ramp level and under ‘My Cargoclix > Time slot’. In the “General” tab of the ramp settings, the administrator can set the link to the booking with customisable text under ‘Email notification’. The setting works similarly to any email notification: for the notification channel, it is necessary to select ‘Browser’. Immediately after this selection, the ‘Link’ function is preselected in the side column. The group of recipients can be controlled via the recipient role. Save using the plus sign.
