Customised Emails to New Users for Each User Role
As part of its strategy to offer standardised and at the same time customisable solutions, the Cargoclix team has developed a new feature called ‘Customised emails to new users for each user role’.
With this feature, Cargo Market administrators can configure a specific notification for each user role, which is automatically sent when a new user is activated. This allows new users to be informed directly about the specific processing procedures on site.
The feature can now be configured under My Cargoclix > Time Slot > MarketMember (Email Notification). The administrator can select the respective user role, customize the message text and save it.
If no individual text is stored, the currently used standard template is sent automatically.
