This not only results in fewer gaps in the schedule and booking capacity can be used even more effectively, but the user can also see the two values in separate columns in the &#8220;Bookings&#8221; tab at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the admin opens the booking screen, the system displays the time slot in its entire length &#8211; consisting of the length of the time slot plus the length of the stored break. Often, however, employees do not have enough time to check whether a break is really stored or whether there is another reason why the system has booked more time. The answer to this question can now be found in the tab &#8220;Bookings&#8221;. Here, the column &#8220;Length&#8221; shows the actual time slot length, while the column &#8220;Total length&#8221; shows the calculation of the time slot length and the break in minutes.
