For the order, Cargoclix offers the possibility to evaluate deleted and existing bookings at the same time in the tool “Logistics Monitor”. In this way, each CargoMarket owner can receive summarised information for each supplier (booking company\/forwarder) as to whether the respective supplier has effectively used all booked time slots or only blocked them. The lead time of the cancellation can be determined customer-specifically. In this way, the CargoMarket owner distinguishes between timely and short-term cancellations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on this information, it is possible to better manage the capacity load and the efficiency rate of time slot bookings in one’s own CargoMarket. The customer-specific utilisation and cancellation rate can be calculated as a percentage and displayed in tabular form or in a diagram.<\/span><\/p>\n
