The corrugated board expert Gaster Wellpappe is introducing the SLOT<\/a> system from Cargoclix at its headquarters in Heidelberg. The cloud-based timeslot management software now supports the congestion-free handling of 25 trucks a day in the incoming goods department. Time windows for delivery can be booked with a lead time of 21 days. Those who want to book spontaneously still have the opportunity to do so up to six hours before the desired time window. The booking costs of 50 cents per slot are borne by the logistics service providers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gaster Wellpappe<\/a> operates three locations in Germany and produces corrugated boards to suit the respective customer’s requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n
